NICON 2013 - Transforming Your Care: Transforming Our Practice

The NICON Conference and Exhibition attracting over 300 service users, clinicians, managers, VCS, and business will set out the direction of change and begin to explore with the wide range of delegates how change can be supported, as we seek to begin the Transforming Your Care implementation process.
