Women in Surgery: Leadership Development Conference

Hosted by the Michigan Women's Surgery Collaborative (MWSC). MWSC was established to address issues facing women in academic surgery by harnessing the intellectual capital of UM female surgeons. The MWSC mission is to develop, disseminate and implement strategies that promote the academic advancement of all female surgeons and achieve diversity, equity and inclusion across surgical disciplines.
