Launch of a Community of Practice to improve the life chances of people with learning/intellectual disabilities in Kent and Medway, UK. This inclusive event will gather people together both in person and virtually to consider how we can work together to improve health and social care services to eradicate health inequalities and social exclusion. The English Centre for Practice Development - @ec4pd Canterbury Christchurch University - @canterburyccuni and East Kent Hospitals University Trust - @ekhuft have worked jointly to have this event occur, to establish a way forward for this new community.
