Dorset Mind and CAMHS are presenting a campaign that focuses on Stress for Mental Health Awareness Week 2018. The theme focuses on the stress that young people are put under, especially around exam times. The multi-media campaign will feature videos, stills and tips from young people themselves on how they cope.
