Finding Answers (@FndgAnswers), a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation grantee, will partner with an organization (potential partners include National Council of La Raza, National Diabetes Association, American Academy of Family Physicians, and the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality) for a regular series of tweet chats the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 1-2pm CT November 2013 through May 2014 on the topic of equity in health care using #equitychat.
