The goal of this hashtag, and the weekly Tweetchat I moderate, is to change the conversations that we have in our families and communities about end of life issues. This is a tough topic, and it often raises a fair amount of fear. However, what we’re learning is that when we talk about what scares us, we’re better able to face it.
