Collaborating Across Borders IV (CABIV)

Collaborating Across Borders IV (CAB IV) will focus on interprofessional education, practice, leadership and policy in a North American context. The conference theme, “Transformative Change from the Classroom to Practice”, reflects the understanding that neither education nor practice alone is enough to create collaboration-ready practitioners. Instead, it is the connection between the two that is critical. Students, health care practitioners, educators, researchers, health system leaders and patient advocates will come together to showcase evidence-based outcomes and lessons learned in an environment that promotes productive networking. A variety of presentations will highlight the conference theme in four critical areas: education, practice, policy and leadership.
