This event is being designed and delivered by the London Health & Care Integration Collaborative, which includes a wide range of organisations across the health and care system, including: NHS England London Region; The London Branch of the Association of Directors of Adult Social Service; The Office for London CCG’s & London Councils in partnership with the Department of Health, Department of Communities and Local Government and the Local Government Association. The event will be focussing on moving the integration agenda in London forward at pace, with a particular emphasis on supporting the successful development of the Integration Transformation Fund (ITF) local plans.
